PARTNERSHIPS

When you take the opportunity to do an on-line search for Winthrop Australia, a company logo appears with the words - exceeding expectations for over 20 years. At Mother Teresa Catholic College we have carefully hand picked Winthrop Australia to be a very strategic ICT partner because what they promise aligns to our vision and importantly they continually exceed our expectations.

Winthrop Australia offers us the very best in Education, Sales and Service Support. Our blossoming partnership has created a unique opportunity for Winthrop to journey alongside our school community to help us plan, create, implement and achieve a bespoke IT Journey that aligns with our schools vision, staff, students and community whilst providing sustained and ongoing support wherever needed.

Partnership

Sharing a Vision

At Mother Teresa Catholic College, our Principal Mrs Geri O'Keefe and her Core Leadership Team have a very emphatic view about the place of Apple and in particular the use of iPad in education. The acquiring of iPads for students and staff is assumed a simple task for schools and there begins the demise of the program implementation before it actually commences in most cases.

'A strategic plan with strategic partners holds the key to success'

From a person employed in Catholic Schools as a Digital Integrator for many years in schools known Australia wide for success, one must continue to emphasise the word planning and partnerships. In our search for that partner Winthrop exceeds all expectations in our four key areas.

  1. As a company Winthrop Australia has an astute Chief Executive Officer who has supported Western Australian schools for many years. Mr Cedric Celestine has few peers in the industry for standing by his customers.
  2. Sales and Support are paramount to being able to work with computing companies in a dynamically changing industry. Currently our Business Development Manager at Winthrop Australia is Mr Chris Tung. Chris stands in a league of his own when it comes to being able to accommodate the nuisances of educational institutions. Working with Chris makes the process a pleasure.
  3. Service Support in the form of a door to door collection partner with an ability to resolve difficult individual student and staff ICT issues in a timely and friendly manner is the third key ingredient to success. At Mother Teresa College we have access to great support and reconnecting with the can do - will do service man in Mr Ryan Mitchell means we are way ahead of the game.
  4. Educational Instructional Support for teachers and students is the key element basically missing from most schools implementing technology solutions. This is mainly due to the fact that top class ICT educators cost money. Currently we work with Ms Michelle Forrest from Winthrop Australia  who has magically aligned our IT Journey to our school vision. Michelle has superseded all expectations.

These comments are written in support of Winthrop Australia because they are factual and exactly how our partnership is blossoming.
